How to Make a Call

To call from your home phone, or from your cell phone or a payphone:
- Dial 1-800-874-8910 and follow the voice instructions.
- If you are located outside of the USA, you will have to use the option below, using your computer as the originating telephone.
If you have a computer connected to a high speed internet connection and a headset attached.
- X-Lite
  1. Download the FREE softphone software from http://tinyurl.com/xlite-windows
  2. If you are on a MAC: http://tinyurl.com/xlite-mac
  3. If you are using Linux: http://tinyurl.com/xlite-linux
  4. Follow the 2 minute setup instructions
  5. After you install it, click once in the glass display window and enter 633 in the box.
  6. Press the green tel symbol to place the call.
  7. This will allow you to record and test the quality of your audio.
  8. When you are ready to make a call, enter 00, then the country code, then the number and click the green telephone.
  9. To call any other user on our system, just enter the 7 digit account number and click the green telephone.
